  • Do you need help with a specific project or task? This could involve customising an existing Squarespace website or helping you create and set up newsletter templates for email marketing.

    Project based and ad hoc work starts at $150 AUD.

  • Does your business require ongoing support? This could involve managing your inbox, assisting with regular marketing activities, ensuring your website is up to date, or handling other tasks to keep your operations running smoothly.

    Weekly retainers start at $250 AUD per week.

Both options require a deposit to secure your spot in my schedule.

  • In essence, a Virtual Assistant (VA) is a remote professional who provides support across various tasks crucial to your business. VAs, like myself, specialise in specific areas based on their expertise and interests. With a background in marketing coordination, communications and administration, I focus on supporting clients with digital and content marketing coordination, Squarespace website design, administrative support and creative assistance.

  • The magic of the internet! We can connect through email, Google Meet or Zoom for virtual meetings, Google Docs for document sharing, Dropbox for file exchange and collaborative project management tools like Trello or Asana. The possibilities are vast and tailored to you ensuring efficient communication and seamless collaboration.

  • No. When you engage me, you're working with an independent contractor with an ABN. This means I handle my superannuation, taxes and other responsibilities, freeing you from the complexities of employee-related obligations.

  • A $150 AUD deposit is due upfront, reserving your spot in my schedule for both ongoing assistance and project based (ad hoc) projects. Invoice payment is due within seven days of receipt. The specific payment details, tailored to your needs — whether it's a weekly retainer, monthly support, or assistance for a one-off project — will be explained in my email response to your initial inquiry.

  • Payment can be made through credit card or PayPal. Bank deposit is also an option for clients in Australia.

  • Due to the nature of my services, I don't currently offer refunds. If there’s an issue while we're working together, we’ll work together to find a solution.

  • If you find yourself needing to cancel, seven days written notice is required. The $150 AUD retainment deposit, which secures your spot in my schedule, is non-refundable. Should any work have already commenced, charges will apply for the hours worked up to the point of cancellation.

  • My working hours are between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday AEST/AEDT. Please note: I require 24-48 hours notice via email or our shared project management software (typically Trello or Asana) for all assigned tasks. This ensures effective scheduling, especially if I'm already committed to other client projects. If you require someone with on-call availability for immediate tasks, I’m likely not the best assistant for you but can help you find another VA who may be better suited to your needs.

  • Absolutely! We can arrange face-to-face meetings at a local cafe or your office if you're based in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Maitland region of Australia. While I'm open to travelling beyond these areas, any associated travel costs will need to be covered.
